Whether you have a thing for bunnies or a possible aversion, like that Killer Rabbit in Monty Python, you still might want to pay a visit to the Bunny Museum, “The Hoppiest Place in the World”. It’s definitely a one-of-a-kind place. Husband-and-wife duo Candace Frazee and Steve Lubanski have spent the last 15 years collecting bunny paraphernalia. They converted their Pasadena, California home into a museum of quirky collectibles, now numbering 28,000 bunnies. Some bunnies are of the ceramic and plastic persuasion, but you can’t miss the giant bunny bush in front of the building. Other interesting pieces from the collection include the Elvis “Parsley,” a water pitcher shaped like a bunny dressed as the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll and “The Garden of Broken Dreams,” a graveyard of broken bunny artifacts.
P.S. The homeowners own pet bunnies with free reign to hop wherever they please. So watch out for Jackie Rabbit, Sgt. Mark Bunny, Honey Girl Bunnie, Monterey Bunny and Parker-Rah.
