The Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum is devoted to what else…the Japanese ramen noodle soup and features a large recreation of Tokyo in 1958, the year instant noodles were invented. Within the museum there are branches of famous restaurants as well as new ones. I don’t eat the stuff, but poor college students might be interested in paying a visit. But what would a poor college AMERICAN student be doing in Japan ON HOLIDAY anyway? I’m assuming you’re all Americans, right?
